Harlem Atlas
This interactive map surveys present day Harlem and analyzes its areas of need. It is centrally focused on education, health and medicine, and the environment. Citizens can scan each QR code in real time to find out what is happening in their Harlem neighborhoods. This map not only serves to inform the Harlem community presently but will be an archive, or a benchmark to create change and local awareness.
