Mariah Viman Mariah Viman is a 23 year old recent architectural graduate from Barnard College of Columbia University. While studying at Barnard, Mariah heavily focused on the intersections of race, fashion, and architecture. In the Spring of 2019, Mariah was a featured artist hosted by Bold, Beautiful, Black at Barnard called Redefining the Center. Her artistic range includes: painting, drawing, architectural design and 3D rendering, graphic design, and fashion design. Despite the ridicule and lack of support from her professors for her progressive projects within the Black and Brown New York City communities, Mariah never gave up. Not to mention she can be distinguished as the only Black architectural graduate in the class of 2021. Following graduation Mariah has been interviewed for Brooklyn Magazine in a piece called: Looklyn At the Intersection of architecture, fashion, and divahood. As well as worked at a full service luxury production agency. Mariah has continued her professional career by becoming a Creative Director in the luxury real estate industry, as well as opening her own tarot business, and doing freelance graphic design work.
